Build the infrastructure transplant never had.

Carenostics is building the AI administrative assistant for transplant teams. We are a small team solving one of the most complex operational problems in American healthcare. If you want to build technology that directly improves patient outcomes, we would like to hear from you.

Why Carenostics

01

Work that moves patient outcomes

100,000 Americans are on an organ waitlist. Thirteen die every day, still waiting. Every feature Carenostics ships shows up in a committee room, a 3am organ call, or a waitlist review. The distance from your work to a patient outcome is short, and the path is legible.

02

A new category, not a better feature

No one has built the infrastructure transplant needs. The category is open, and Carenostics is writing the first draft. The people who join early are the ones who shape it. What gets built here will define how the next decade of transplant operations runs.

03

The transplant field, in the room

Surgeons, administrators, coordinators, and healthcare AI leaders who have spent careers on this problem are advisors, customers, and colleagues. Decades of operational knowledge, available every week. The work stays grounded in the people who do transplant for a living.

What you'll work on

Three kinds of work, all pointing at one mission. Engineering, product, clinical operations, customer success, and domain research roles all sit somewhere across these three.

01

Build what does not exist

Most of what Carenostics ships is new. There is no reference product, no open-source equivalent, no Gartner category. Engineering, product, and design teams define what this infrastructure looks like and how transplant teams experience it every day.

02

Work directly with transplant teams

Implementation, clinical operations, and customer success roles put you in weekly contact with coordinators, administrators, surgeons, and IT teams at transplant centers. The feedback loop is short. The product gets sharper because of it.

03

Deepen into the discipline

Clinical advisors, research, and domain experts shape what Carenostics builds next. Stakeholder interviews, pilot design, publication, and partnerships with transplant societies and journals. The roadmap deepens within the discipline.

Immersing myself in my internship with Carenostics has been an exhilarating journey. As I delve into the intricate world of technicalities and data, I'm simultaneously fueling my mission to craft impactful and streamlined products in healthcare and AI. It's a blend of technology and innovation that has been an amazing initiation into my professional life in college. The challenges we face not only foster trust but also galvanize our team, as we all tirelessly strive towards a shared vision at Carenostics. I look forward to the rest of my internship, as it can only get better.
